Consulting is available for all areas of design including new construction & remodeling, exteriors, kitchens & baths, color, plumbing and electrical, appliances, cabinetry, surfaces & finish materials, furnishing purchases and arrangement, lighting, artwork, accessories, window fixtures, staging homes to prepare for selling, landscape and outdoor living spaces.
NEW CONSTRUCTION & REMODEL PLANNING
Building new, remodeling or adding space to your home or business can be as confusing as it is exciting. Planning is the most important phase of the building process and I'll walk you through it step by step. We can start from scratch by designing a custom plan or tweak the arrangment & details on an existing one to better fit your wishes. I'll guide you through the necessary construction decisions, help set budgets, and help make all finish, fixure and detail selections. Your service can end with a complete set of construction plans for you to head out on your own, or we can help through the bidding process, and even continue to completion by working with contractors to oversee construction and installation. We are happy to work with any favorite contacts you may have or refer any you may need. We can be involved as much or as little as you like from begining to end.
ROOM MAKE-OVERS
These are working appointments where we roll up our sleeves and rework any or all areas of your home using your existing furnishings and accessories. If you end up deciding to replace some items or simply need to add a few finishing touches, we'll put together a "To Do" and shopping list to complete on your own or with my help.
PERSONAL SHOPPING
We start with an in-home consulation to create a shopping list of priority & wish list items which I then use to shop with you or for you. We have many resources to shop from and we head out into retail stores as well.
PRODUCTS AVAILABLE
We have a multitude of product & service resources in the studio including ceramic tile, carpet, wood flooring, fabrics, window fixtures, furniture, cabinetry, granite, millwork, light fixtures, accessories, rugs and artwork. We also have developed industry relationships that can provide many of the services you may need.
