Residential and commercial services available include floor planning, kitchen and bath design, color consultation, furniture selectionand purchasing, plumbing and electrical consultation, appliance & fixture selection, project managment for new construction or remodling, artwork and accessorizing, window fixtures and personal shopping. As every project varies, yours may require some or all of the these activities.
NEW HOME DESIGN
Building a new house can be as confusing as it is exciting. You want to make it your home, tailored specifically to your style and needs. I can help design a home for you or modify an existing plan to be constructed by your chosen builder or sent out for bids. Planning is the most important phase of the building process and I'll walk you through it. I help you select all finishes and fixtures, resulting in complete Finish Schedules. I'm available through the entire building process to assist in quick decisions or changes. I'll make sure you have covered it all before you begin.
DESIGN PACKAGES
Many clients want creative design ideas and solutions but would like most do the shopping or implementation themselves. The following are
 HOUSE CALL
This appointment provides a complete color and style analysis. All design areas including walls, windows, flooring, color, furniture and accessories are addressed resulting in a written working Design Plan.
COLOR CONSULTATION
During this appointment, we will work with you to create a complete color plan. We'll analyze your home selecting colors for all areas resulting in a written Color Plan so you may apply color yourself when you are ready or I'll walk through with your painter.
INTERIOR MAKE-OVER
With this service we roll up our sleeves and rework a room or area of your home using the existing furnishings and accessories you have accumulated through the years. To finish the process, if your room is in need of a few finishing touches. And, if you like, you will receive a Personal Shopping List to complete on your own our with my help. Available in one-room, 1/2 day or full day increments.
PERSONAL SHOPPING
Need a few things but don't really know what or how to pull it together? We'll start with a consulation in your home to create your shopping list. Then I'll shop with you or for you making it a breeze. Available in hourly, 1/2 day or full day increments.
REAL ESTATE STAGING
Real Estate is usually your biggest investment so why not have it look its best to get your highest return. I will help you stage your home to present it in its best light for sale. Suggestions and activities will range from simple to complex depending on your home's needs. Available by consultation only, 1/2 day or full day increments.
